Welcome to 2019. We always find ourselves looking back on the year that has been and what we hope to achieve this year, whether that is furthering your study, changing careers, pursuing a business opportunity, or perhaps you need to put your health first.
Most people are writing down goals and usually one common one comes up which is weight loss, detox and health kicks. We all have had that feeling of over indulging over Christmas and New Years, having one too many wines, ciders or vodka's you get the picture, too much pudding, pavlova, ham, pork, lamb ahhhh! The list goes on... and you just feel blah!
It is a good time to help protect your liver as its doing an incredible job of detoxifying the body, I am an advocate of that but please do be aware of fad diets these wont be doing your body any favors! Look out for my post on the #ketodiet coming soon..
